Baby Dedication 2009

Yes, we have dedicated Kyla to God. It's awesome, truly believe for greater breakthrough and blessings to come upon Kyla's life. Now that both of my children - Elkan & Kyla have been dedicated to our Lord, I truly pray that they will be used mightily for the kingdom of God and become great man and woman of God.I'm so proud of them!!! =)

To Singapore Discovery Centre

A day of loitering...

We intended to go to Discovery Centre today, but it was closed when we reached there. So we went to Science centre instead. But it was closed as well... so we ended up loitering around science centre and then we headed back to my in-laws place. Wow' what a day...

One of mummy's friends bought Kyla a wig! It's so cute - dark brown curly wig that comes with a hair band. But Elkan took it and put it on his head after he saw the wig. And he looks so adorable. Lovely. Lol.

Jeffrey bought care bears for us. He said each of these represents us as a family. Well... he's really sweet. But after Elkan saw those care bears, he just snatched it away telling me all are his. Hmm...

Ever since Kyla was born, Elkan started to have some jealousy issue. He will want to seek attention every now and then. He even attempts to provoke us just to seek attention... He's quite poor thing actually, cos he used to have all the attention by himself. And right now, especially when we are at home, he hardly gets any attention... Because Kyla got used to carrying and cuddling, I got to carry her every now and then. Whilst during the spare time, when Kyla is asleep, I will grab the chance to bathe for elkan, feed him and do some house chores. Leaving no room for deeper bonding, but just attending him. I feel very bad about it, I'm still trying to figure out a better way to solve this issue. Hopefully can make it up for Elkan once I got a helper. =)

I called mummy yesterday, learnt that she fell down into a deep drain and broke her ankle on the night before right after her work... I'm feel very burdened about this, it's as if another attack from the devil.

So after I reached my mummy's place, i just saw my mom cooking dinner with her left foot bandaged to a thick cast and her two clutches leaning against the wall... I knew that it must be painful for her, and yet she was there preparing dinner for us... She is super solid, she even offered to help me to look after Kyla. She is really an amazing woman, loves me and my family, always teach us to love others and she always willing to avail herself to help me. After my confinement lady left, my mom came to my house once a week just to cook and clean the house for me. Although right now I'm overwhelmed by the stress of looking after 2 kids, managing e household and relationship stuff. But I still thank God for placing two beautiful and wonderful kids and my wonderful family in my life.
